HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE? What is your turn around time? How do you keep my images safe?

This truly depends on how long the duration of any given session is! For engagement sessions I typically deliver at LEAST 40 images, but I aim for 60. For my weddings, depending on what the wedding day looked like, I aim to deliver a minimum of 400 images, and a maximum of 800+ depending on the hours covered! 

My turn around time is typically anywhere between 1-2 months. During the busiest season (September-January0, it can be a little bit longer but I will be communicating with you every step of the way so that you know where I am at!

Couples will receive many batches before that date/time frame but that is typically the amount of time required to finish your entire gallery & mail your USB out!

My camera has dual slots meaning it captures your photos onto 2 different SD cards in case one corrupts/fails. I have never had it happen before but I have that measure in place for safe keeping! I never keep my gear in my car in the event of theft and I never delete your wedding photos from the SD card until your gallery is delivered!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SHOOT?

Neutrals, beiges, whites, and a good clay colored burnt orange always turn out great for photos! I also LOVE a good sage green, a vivid yellow, or any earthly palette! I have created a Pinterest to easily share photography inspiration with you for whatever the session may be! 

WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

This mainly pertains to elopements. I ask that flights, or gas $ is covered and if I am photographing your wedding and will stay overnight, I ask that a hotel or Air bnb is covered! If the travel is not too far from me, I will just request gas $.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

I would hope that we could reschedule vs. cancel all the way, but a 20% deposit would be kept for cancellations without any notice/reschedule date. I am very flexible and I understand that life sometimes happens! <3

WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?

We can aim to photograph somewhere close by indoors or we can certainly reschedule! I want you to be thrilled about your photographs so we will do what is best!

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DATE CHANGES?

I ask that I am given a 2 month notice at least so that I have the opportunity to book another couple on the changed date. I understand if certain situations are out of our control and I will do whatever is necessary to make sure everything works out for both of us!

Do you do videography also?

YES! My husband and I both offer videography services and we team up to provide both of your services! My video packages are listed under my video tab! You can view our previous films on youtube under Senger Cinematic.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

I accept cash, check, venmo, cash app, zelle, and I also allow payments to be made! I ask that your entire balance is due in full one month before your big day!

WHAT IS A SECOND SHOOTER?

A second shooter is the assistant photographer to the lead photographer! My company is comprised of myself and my sister, Jacqueline. We will do double bookings but I primarily take on the larger wedding parties, and she will take on the smaller ones! I edit all of the work so that it is consistent. 

Adding content creation/BTS footage is something I recommend to every single couple. Basically this means I am going to work even harder to provide you with VALUABLE and candid behind the scenes footage on your cell phone through pictures, and filtered instagram stories that you get to keep forever! Someone did this for me on my wedding day and I absolutely LOVE those photographs (even if they are just on a cell phone)

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

As long as the price point makes sense for me, I will literally go all over the world! I am very adventurous and I LOVE experiencing other cultures and foods and everything travel related. I love it all. Every booking I accept pushes me that much closer to my goal of being a full time photographer! 

Do you provide a contract? Do you offer discounts?

I provide a contract for every client I work with! I will send it over through email to be reviewed and once it is approved we move forward with a 20% deposit of your package total and then you can consider yourself booked!

I also provide an invoice upon request!

I do not offer discounts outside of running minis several times per year. For weddings, I am ONLY interested in working with couples that have a budget that aligns with what I charge and want to invest in high quality photography.
